ORDERS

How do I know my order is on the way?

If you’ve made an online purchase, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Can’t find it? Check your spam! Still can’t find it? Email us at merch@fhittingroom.com.


Do you ship outside the US?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. One day!


What shipping methods are available?

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We ship via USPS with Priority and Express mail.


Can I pick up an item I see online in the studio?

While you can certainly shop our merch selection in any of our studios, we cannot put any online items or purchases on hold in-studio. If you make a purchase online, it must be shipped to your preferred address.


How can I pay at checkout?
We accept all major credit cards.



RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns for unworn and unwashed items with their original tags. To make a return, email us at merch@fhittingroom.com. Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date you receive your item. Returns must be received within 5 days of emailing merch@fhittingroom.com.


Do you provide return labels?

Not at this time. Customers are responsible for paying their return shipping.


Can I return something I bought online in the studio?

At this time, in store returns are not available for online purchases. You must email merch@fhittingroom.com to begin the return process.



GIFT CARDS

I want to send a FHITgift! What are you gift card options?

We like your style! We offer two types of gift cards: Dollar Value and Class Package. Our Dollar Value cards can be used to purchase merchandise, classes, and bottles of water. Class Package cards are available for 1, 5, 10, or 20 classes.


How can I surprise someone with a FHITgift?

We love surprises! When purchasing a gift card online, you’ll be prompted to enter your email at checkout. We’ll reach out to you to coordinate delivery, whether you’d like us to send your FHITgift to the recipient, or to you for gifting. We can send your recipient a fun FHIT message on your behalf! You can also email us at merch@fhittingroom.com after purchasing to learn more.

We can also send a physical FHITgift card on your behalf.  Delivery is free of charge and will be mailed within 2 days of your order.


I received a FHITgift. How do I redeem it?

Someone must like you! Call, email, or stop by any of our studios to redeem your gift card. We’ll get you hooked up.


Can I redeem my FHITgift online?
At this time, gift cards cannot be redeemed online. Call, email, or stop by any of our studios and we’ll help you out!


When does my FHITgift expire?

Never! Our gift cards don’t expire and can be used at any time.


Will I be taxed on a FHITgift?
Our Class Package gift cards include the cost of sales tax. While you will not be charged tax on top of a Dollar Value gift card at time of purchase, all items purchased with the gift card will be taxed. So, if you buy a gift card for $100, you will pay $100 flat!
